The Mid Ohio Valley Ghost Hunters was started in 2000 by two brothers, James and Tom Moore. They started the group to investigate alleged hauntings in and around the Mid Ohio Valley. They investigate alleged haunted sites using their senses and observation skills as well as electronic items which include, but are not limited to: digital cameras, voice recorders and video cameras.
The group has grown since they began and continues to grow every month. There is a monthly meeting held on the first Tuesday of every month to review what hunts are coming up, past hunts and the evidence found on those hunts, among other items. If you are interested in attending one our monthly meetings, we post these meetings on the calendar on this website as well as on our Facebook page. We also post any public hunts we may be hosting on them as well. There is usually no cost to attend our meetings, however if the site of our meeting charges our group, there may be a small fee which goes to the meeting site.
